WiseLegal provides advisory and case-review services to individuals affected by investment fraud, online trading scams and cryptocurrency fraud. Our services include case assessment, evidence compilation, chargeback guidance, regulatory complaint support and coordination of appropriate recovery actions. WiseLegal is an advisory firm and is not a law firm.
We do not and cannot guarantee that any funds will be recovered. The outcome of any case depends on many factors beyond our control, including the nature of the fraud, the jurisdictions involved and the availability of traceable funds. Nothing on this website should be read as a promise of any particular result.
The initial case review is provided free of charge and creates no obligation on either party. It does not constitute legal advice, nor a guarantee that we will take on your case.
Where we accept a case, our fees operate primarily on a success-fee basis: a percentage of any funds successfully recovered, agreed in advance and in writing. A modest initial case-handling fee may apply in some matters to cover investigative costs. All fees are clearly set out in a written agreement before any work begins.
You agree to provide accurate and complete information about your case and to cooperate with reasonable requests for documentation. Providing false or misleading information may result in termination of our services.
